Retro Room (“we,” “our,” “us”) takes pride in delivering carefully packaged, high-quality furniture. Due to the nature of compressed and packaged sofas, the following return and refund terms apply.
Sofas are delivered in a compressed packaging format for safe and efficient shipping.
Once a sofa is unfolded or fully expanded, it cannot be re-compressed, which impacts its ability to be resold.
For this reason, returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, unfolded, or used and the return request is based on personal preference (such as style, comfort, or color choice).
Returns may be accepted only if the sofa cannot be restored to its normal condition after opening, or if the product arrives defective or damaged.
If a return is approved due to a verified defect or condition issue, Retro Room will process a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are issued after the item has been inspected and approved.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
If your sofa arrives damaged or defective, Retro Room will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation of the issue.

Requests must include order details and supporting photos where applicable.
Retro Room reserves the right to approve or deny return requests based on product condition.
